Squarespace Site Troubleshooting Required

I'm currently experiencing some issues with my Squarespace site that needs immediate troubleshooting. The main issues revolve around persistent error messages that my members and I run into.
The critical problems include:
- Site members experiencing "Cart belongs to a different user" error during checkout process
- General operations of the member site not functioning properly
As such, an ideal freelancer for this project would have experience in Squarespace troubleshooting, preferably with a knack for resolving cart and member site issues. Special attention on pinpointing and rectifying the source of above mentioned error messages is necessary. Being adept at improving overall site functioning would additionally be beneficial.
