Looking to build a website.. it will have 3 main sections
1) academy owners section
2) students section
3) general section

Website needs to be accessible and performing on both desktop and mobile

Looking for a phased development plan like below

Academy section
Sports academies will tie up
Each academy to get a subdomain within a master domain: www.masterdomain.com/bengaluru/badminton/academy1
There will be a subscription plan based on number of students and coaches
They will list their coaches profiles
Able to manage their academy with this

Slot booking for courts
payment collection from students
whatsapp/email reminders
Student Section
The academy students will be able to login and see the academy they have been linked to and make payments
Student profile will be created. Judge skill level based on some key parameters

Student Section
Identify players to play with based on location and skill level.
Book courts and play in nearby locations (with academies/sports complexes that have tied up)
Progression Plan for students - how to improve their game, target tournaments etc

Live streaming of events, videography & photography
Sell tickets for tournaments
Academy Section
Coaching plans for the coaches
