South America Spanish UI/UX Designer & HTML/CSS Conversion needed

Hello,
We are looking for a highly-skilled, creative, and fast-moving UI/UX designer for one of our consumer tech products. We have wireframes in place with room for creativity. A great creative designer will be able to look at it and easily be able to make recommendations for modifications.
We are also looking for a combination Designer/Developer. Designer to convert wireframes to UI/UX screens in Figma and then convert them to Html / CSS for the engineering team.
We are looking for freelancers only. No agencies.
Please send me 3 of your best portfolio of design work with html/css conversions. May be the solution was quite complex or the solution was simple but you had to be very creative. The expected start time is next week with a very quick turnaround. My goal is to have the solution developed before the end of the year.
I will discuss project details & NDAs with shortlisted candidates.
