Sophisticated Source-to-Pay Dashboard Development

I'm in search of an experienced web developer who can design a superior source-to-pay dashboard for my web application. Here's a breakdown of the requirements:

1. Functionalities Needed:
- Spend Analytics: Showcase data like total spend by category, spend by supplier, cost savings, and budget utilization. Include tracking metrics for suppliers-Registered/Approved, Rejected, PR-PR Created/Approved, RFQ-RFQ Floated/Submitted, Negotiation-Negotiated Vendor/Finalized Vendor, PO-PO Created/PO Acknowledged, Schedule-Schedule Created/Schedule Accept.
- Supplier Management: Not just register new suppliers and approve/reject them, but also update supplier information and observe supplier performance metrics.

2. Reporting Capabilities: The dashboard should be able to present information for Supplier, PR, RFQ, Negotiation, PO, Schedule in charts.
3.so I need 6 box icon each (supplier, PR, RFQ, Negotiation, PO, Scheduling) where we have to give name and total number in leftside in straight-line. then right side will be 6 graphical chart pie bar line ways. for supplier you give pie chart where u have to show how much (registered, approved, rejected) for supplier. For PR use bar chart where we have to compare between HOW much PR created and PR Approved in their use filter to so chart (weak/month/year). then RFQ use LINE chart where we have to compare between HOW much RFQ floated and RFQ submitted in their use filter to so chart (weak/month/year).then Negotiation use Bar chart where we have to compare between HOW much Negotiated vender and finalized vender in their use filter to so chart (weak/month/year).then PO use LINE chart where we have to compare between HOW much PO created and PO Acknowledged in their use filter to so chart (weak/month/year).then Schedule use Bar chart where we have to compare between HOW much Schedule created and schedule accepted in their use filter to so chart (weak/month/year).except supplier give all chart filter(weak/month/year).
Ideal candidates will have a strong understanding of complex web development, including front-end and back-end, proficiency in handling large datasets, and a keen eye for UX/UI design. Experience with creating spend analytic tools and supplier management functionalities will notably strengthen your application. So i have the code using React js for frontend, Django for Backend and postgreSql for database you have to modify as per my requirements and check the web socket code for real time data visualization.
