Solana DEX Development with SPL Token

I want to create a decentralized exchange (DEX) on the Solana platform. This DEX will be based on an SPL token and the fees generated will be channeled back into liquidity for this token. Our key purpose is to facilitate decentralized trading, add liquidity to our SPL token and, overall, strengthen our token's ecosystem.
Required functionality includes:
