Software engineer developer portfolio

Hi, I'm looking for an experienced software engineer to create a portfolio for me. It needs to be developed for the web and should have a Cyberpunk design style (mix of futuristic and modern styles). I don't require any custom features, so it should be fairly simple to create. I'm looking for someone who is passionate about programming and design and can create something that stands out from the crowd and reflects my personality.
