Software development - Developing filter

Background: We are education consulting company for our day to day operation we are required to search for suitable courses for students . We are looking to semi automate this process of searching. Hence we need someone who can build a tool to do this activity for us.
Requirement: We want the software to help us search all courses available on university websites.
- We have 2 lists of universities containing 100 and 1000 websites links of universities.
- We will type in the courses we wish to search like Sociology or Chemistry or Nursing etc.
- There could be one word of multiple words like Chemical Engineering or Behavioural science
- This tool needs to go to List 1 search for all 100 universities website and throw back link of searched course. It should also send 50 words before and after the searched word on the website.
- Then it needs to go to list 2 and do the same action again for the searched word.
- Share the output of search in 2 parts list 1 and list 2. It should contain words picked from the websites and web link of same.
- Output could be shared in Excel sheet as output
- List of universities will keep changing over time we should be able to add or delete in the both list1 and list2

- We will be doing around maximum 50 - 60 searches in a day.
- The tool/Software will be hosted on our website with access control we will get it uploaded on our website you need to just build the tool.
- There will be Maximum 6-10 users of the tool using it simultaneously.
- There is no limitation on the size of tool
- If search take some time (may be 5-10 minutes) it is ok with us.
- Tool should be able to run multiple searches in parallel.
