Overview:
This platform will offer a web-based service with two main panels:
Admin Panel
Client Panel
Clients will pay an annual subscription to access the platform and will be granted limited access to:
Facebook data extraction and automation
WhatsApp campaign automation
Instagram and Telegram marketing tools
Access to leaked Facebook data based on point-based consumption

Leaked Data Extraction:
Client can upload a list or single ID (from the leaked 2021 Facebook database containing 500M+ records)
Our server will extract full data for these users and return it in a downloadable text file
This service works with a point system (e.g., 1 point = 1 data record)
Data Management:
Filters for managing and organizing extracted data
Anti-Ban Measures:
The system must consider and respect Facebook’s algorithm and activity thresholds to avoid account bans
2. WhatsApp Campaign Automation (similar to WaSender Pro):
Core Features Required:
Run marketing campaigns
Randomize messages per recipient
Add random content per message
Bulk messaging capabilities
Auto-response system with limited monthly quota
The client should control all this from their panel (hosted on our server)
Developer must analyze all WaSender Pro features and replicate them in our system.
3. Instagram Marketing Tools:
Extract IDs of users who liked or commented on a post
Allow clients to:
Send bulk messages (DMs)
Post bulk comments
Post bulk replies
4. Telegram Campaign & Data Tools:
Extract group members
Run campaigns using user IDs
Send bulk messages
Online Data Extraction Tools (New Section)
Clients should also be able to extract public data from the following platforms:
Google Maps (Business Listings)
Extract: Business names, phone numbers, emails, ratings, addresses, etc.
Target by location and category
OLX
Extract: Product listings, seller details, phone numbers (if shown), categories, prices, etc.
OpenSooq (السوق المفتوح)
Extract: Listings, contact info, category-specific fields, etc.
Property Finder
Extract: Real estate listings, contact agents/owners, phone numbers, prices, and property details

Clients pay for a 1-year subscription (or semi annual based what i decide)
They receive:
Limited quota of messages for WhatsApp and auto-reply bots
Limited quota of points for Facebook leaked data extraction
Data Assets Available:
A 50GB file containing leaked Facebook data (from 2019)
Contains over 500M+ records
To be used securely with the point system as explained above
Important Notes for Development:
All tools and automation must be secure and stealthy
The system must implement anti-ban mechanisms for both Facebook and WhatsApp
Scalability and speed are critical (many users may use the system at once)
Server-side architecture must be robust for handling file processing, data extraction, and campaign delivery

This project has already been developed before by several platforms.

Buy a license for a ready-made web system
OR
Subscribe to your system if it already includes all required features
