Small modern websites (maybe based on Joomla)
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I am looking for a skilled web developer to create a small modern website for my portfolio/showcase. I have a general style in mind for the design, but I am open to suggestions. The website is expected to have 4-6 pages. I need responsive, very good in SEO (services will be mainly for UAE market) and modern. It is presentation of services. Prefer in Joomla. NO WORDPRESS! I also need some one who will help with content / copywriting.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
