Small adjustments on a website, written in MODX

A few adjustments are needed for a website that we maintain but that we did not create by ourselfes. Another text should be inserted on the start page, and (among other things) general terms and conditions should also be inserted. The time required here should be less than an hour. The website is written in MODx. We need assistance in that.
