B2B - Site redesign, brand refresh, Strategy development, with copywriting and maybe some ad development

Hello. We own a gift box brand in the USA, only shipping within the USA. We started as a popular B2C over 5 years ago selling on our site and Amazon. The landscape has become more competitive in gift boxes, especially in B2C. We are pivoting to mostly focus on B2B and removing individual sales off our website and only wholesaling our B2C products to a reseller we have partnered with to sell directly to consumers.
Currently our site is Wordpress with Woo commerce. The site is mostly setup to push B2C single sales. We want to take the sales portion completely off the site and direct single sales to Amazon where our reseller will sell. The new site will push B2B customers to a sales/pitch page. This page will aim to convert for email addresses. No orders will be taken on the site. We have sold to 100s of B2B customers and they want to email or call with us, not make an order on the site. Mostly because the orders are large and customizable.
For the pitch page we would like help with strategy, copy, with great visuals of our products and customizations. The page should get directed towards mid-level large company managers and get them excited about our products. We also sell to marketers buying for campaigns, gifts for in person and virtual events, and gifts to clients. We allow buyers to add their graphics to our product, pick the contents in our box, add their own items (branded swag or some sort of flyer usually), and at no cost add a gift note. The pitch page should demonstrate all of this in an exciting, "you can't afford not to do this", kind of way.
We want the site to be modernized, and great on mobile. We have a great Wordpress developer that can take your designs and get them on the site. Or, if you think another platform is better and more modern we are open to switching. But please make a compelling case as to why this platform is better, more modern, or easier.
We may want help developing ads for social media, advice for pushing those ads, and product photography.
We can hire that out but if you want to do that as well please let us know in your bid.
