Single webpage redesign in just HTML && CSS

I need to redesign a single web page on a website. The webpage is dynamic, and an example of its current rendering/look is located at https://shillaplay.com/en/game?id=3
This webpage is for a casino game. The font-sizes, font-styles, font-weights, coloring/theme, margins... are currently out of design principles.
We need a professional web designer that's intuitive, creative, and imaginative to redesign it in HTML.
We want to keep the side bar. But the main page needs some works to look perfect.
Please take note of the homepage of the whole website. We don't want this single game page to be inconsistent with the homepage.

Also note that the site has both light and dark mode. So we want the redesign page to have both light and dark mode too.
