Single page mockup to Figma design

Hello,

I need help with the design of my single-page website.
The purpose of the website is to advertise for clients for my math tutoring service.
It's a one page website which has eight sections.
I have roughly laid it out in Figma.

- I would like my website design prepared in Figma.
- I need help with design details such as layout, typography, color scheme, etc..
- The layout should follow the sample website
- The "hero section" of the site needs the most input from you.
- I want a layout that is mobile responsive.
- I would like two figma design versions, one for large screen devices and one for small screen devices.
- The color scheme is up to you. The colors I used on the sample may be changed.
- I was thinking to use the "Poppins" font, but it is not necessary.
- I gave an extra image in the file, if you want to incorporate it in the design somehow that is fine.
- I'm not sure what to do for the footer of the website.

Please include my city "Red Deer" in the first line of your response.
