Simple website with React/angular supporting payments

We're looking for a creative person to build us a simple website:
where anyone can create a page that can contain:
- Questions.
- Social media action buttons [like, subscribe, share, join...].
- Donation buttons.
- Picture
using in-site's editing panel

- Website needs to support ads.
- Website will have at least one animation.
- Website needs to be responsive.
