Simple website for a small online postsecondary training office

Please read carefully the full project before bidding. I am looking for an IT company to provide me with an integrated online postsecondary solution. If the IT company already offers online training then we can collaborate or form partnership. This is just a seed project to test the efficiency and capabilities of the company.

In this project, I need to create a simple website for my online postsecondary that would allow me to easily edit. The purpose of the website is to provide information about my business.

Features:
- Contact Form: I would like the website to have a contact form where visitors can easily get in touch with me.
- Online Booking System: It would be great to have an online booking system where clients can schedule appointments or meetings with me.

Design:
- Preferred Color Scheme: I do not have a specific color scheme or design style in mind. However, I would like the website to be able to work in both dark and light mode based on the user's browser settings. It should also work in different browser, devices. I would suggest some sites.

Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in web development languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience in designing and developing responsive websites that work well across different browsers.
- Knowledge of implementing contact forms, and online booking systems.
