Simple website design with SQL database connection.

I'm looking to create a simple website design with an MSSQL database connection. The website will feature a user sign up page so users can sign up to download and play my existing MMORPG. I'm looking for a minimalist design style. I'm interested in finding a freelancer who can deliver an effective, aesthetically pleasing solution that meets my requirements. I would also Ike a feature to be included for users so reset their password in case they forget their login credentials.
