Simple Wix Website Redesign

Client is looking for a professional web designer to update the design of my telehealth website. The main focus will be on refreshing the color scheme and layout.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficient in web design with a strong portfolio
- Experience in telehealth or healthcare website design preferred
- Good understanding of user-friendly design principles
- Able to intuitively translate general design ideas into actionable tasks
Client has a general idea of needed changes, but an individual with Wix expertise is needed. If you have suggestions for design improvements, then I'm open to forward them to the client if they are within parameters. Otherwise, this is a simple project in which four small website pages (Home, About, Schedule, and Articles) are needing a simple redesign of a new but consistent background and sections with proper placement of content. Content is either provided on those webpages or from previous design attempts. No new content is needed.
This is expected to be a one day job, at most, since it is a simple redesign that specifically requires an individual knowledgeable in Wix to properly instill a consistent background and sections with proper placement of content. Viewability of services and scheduling is highly desired. Client does have a budget: bids over $50 will not be considered for this simple project. Individuals or bids that suggest an entire website design rehaul will not be accepted. Bids will be accepted as-is towards a one-time lump sum payment following interviewing and project completion. Allocated funds will not increase after the bid is accepted.
Interesting bids will receive further information regarding the particular website, such as the link. The selected Freelancer will need to agree to a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) and Data Protection Agreement to ensure that access to the website will be limited to only the duration of the project, which minimizes the potential for HIPPA-related consequences and other client privacy and confidentiality concerns. Please include "I understand the parameters of the simple project and data protection concerns of the client" within your bid to be considered. A temporary password for access will be provided to the selected Freelancer. Client wishes to have this completed before the end of the year as this is a simple background and placement project on the Wix platform.
The selected Freelancer will have potential to engage in and be compensated for future website configurations with the Client as the virtual business advances.
