Simple Website-based Video Lecture Study Touch ups

I already have most of my project finished. However, currently looking for a new reliable, fast, and experienced programmer for my current study and inevitable future studies. If you cannot reliably respond to my texts/emails within the hour please look elsewhere.

To do's
-add a video to website and link with particular login password (login screen already set up)
-change pop-up questions on video (already set up)
-be available for any troubleshooting during data collection process Feb-April
