Simple Lead Generation Landing Page & Marketing

I'm looking for a skilled freelancer who can create a modern and clean lead generation landing page for me. The primary goal of this page is to schedule appointments. The freelancer should have proven experience with:

- Creating simple yet effective lead generation landing pages
- Integrating with Twilead Connector and ActiveCampaign (or similar tools)
- A strong background in marketing

Please note, I do not want any WordPress custom designs. Experience is key, and a portfolio showcasing similar projects would be a plus.
