Simple Landing Page & UI/UX design

I need a simple landing page for a website. Also need the after login UI elements built (buttons, forms, fonts, layout etc). I have a simple mock up of the sitemap and an existing site. Need done in html css and js and preferrably with TailwindCSS. It should be about 2-3 pages and a general layout that can be used across all pages.
