Simple Figma/Adobe XD Website Layout UI/UX 3

I need a expert UI/UX designer to layout our website. Change it up bigger fonts, clear and modern. Someone who understands search engines, understands business. We need our site to have a nice feel look, easy navigate both Mobile and Desktop versions. We need separate UI/UX for each of these versions Mobile and Desktop versions. We need this done in Figma/Adobe XD. It also needs to be output as PDF. Of course this will have to be a responsive design. We will also need this layout to be in 3-seperate color schemas.
Our contract is that we must be 100% satisfied with your work the list must be very accurate We pay 100% when project is 100% complete. We will put full 100% of project costs in Escrow and pay when project is 100% complete and we are satisfied. By accepting this project you agree and will forfeit all payments until we are 100% satisfied and work is 100% done
