Sign-Up Page Amendments & Brevo Integration

I have a sign-up page that needs to be amended. It has been set up but requires connection to Brevo for data collection.
Specific Requirements:
- Design modifications: The page needs some design adjustments.
- Brevo Integration: The primary data to be collected by Brevo from the sign-up page is email addresses.
- The automated emails once a user has signed up
- The email design has already been set up. I just need it connected for a smooth automated experience.
- The sign up page has a slight tech issue, when you click on a field the same form appears as a pop up which is incorrect.
- Add logo to the top of the sign up page
- remove hamburger icon
