Short Term rental website with booking functionality
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I need a Squarespace expert to help me build a website with a specific focus on short term rentals.
- The site will primarily be a showcase for my portfolio, and a tool to establish brand awareness and trust with my customer audience. so it needs to be visually appealing, easy to navigate and highly functional
- The website will have an integration with Hostaway PMS and draw listing details as well as an accurate and updating calendar. There will be pages within the website specific for each listing. There will be the function of selecting availability for the listing and flowing through to the Hostaway booking platform to process a new booking
- The website will also need a section for journals and blogs as we will be creating value generating content utilized for SEO optimization and community engagement
Most importantly, the Squarespace template used must have built-in functionality for short term rentals. I need to be able to list properties, manage bookings, and facilitate payments through the site.
The ideal freelancer should have:
- Proven experience with Squarespace, particularly in building STR focused booking sites
- Strong understanding of e-commerce and rental functionalities
- Good design sense and an eye for detail
