Shopify theme code changes / store rebuild

HI,
Due to an issue, we need an experienced shopify developer to rebuild an existing shopify into a new shopify account. The work requires store changes to the default theme. The existing website is https://2ugrocer.com.au
Changes required are, but not limited too:
- Change default layout of products when displayed to a grid style and add tags for specials plus overlays for mouse overs
- Move the menu to a side menu
- Add toggle buttons to products for quick add into cart
- Add search box to middle of header
- Change layout of footer
- Change format of landing page to add additional information / sections
Assume that all products / images / categories etc have been reloaded and this is a design change.
PLEASE DO NOT THROW IN LOW BALL OFFERS IN ORDER TO (RE)NEGOTIATE A PRICE. THe exist website is there and can be used as an exact refernce for work required.
