Shopify online fashion website (main page - video)

I am searching for somebody which is able to create a full functional website (with all what needs a website : payments, speed etc) from 0, in shopify.

The website need to be for a fashion brand. I
need something luxurious, elegant, unisex in the design, clean, simple and catchy, similar with the big brands website. In case that it is helping, you can see on gucci, LV, Valentino website, to make a proper idea and to get inspired.
I need a beautiful, simple, perfect, functional, easy to navigate website, but still fancy, catchy and luxury!
