Shopify multiple currencies with alternative payment methods

We use Stripe for our payment processing. We want to know if there is a way to build a custom app on Shopify that will auto detect the user’s location, show the pricing in their currency, and then send it in their currency to stripe.

Right now we can only figure out multiple currencies with Shopify payment, but they don’t offer what we need.
