Shopify expert to change some menus on my ecommerce website -- 2

Hello,
I have a e-commerce website on shopify and I would like to make the following changes:
Task 3: ADD information on 3 sections on top of the photobanner as on website www.mintmouse.lu
Task 4: Customise the sidebars/filters so they can show the products categorized.
Task 5: Add a search function to the website, so the clients can search for the products they are looking for
Task 6: Include the language French, Luxembourgish, Portuguese, Russian and Spanish on the top left bar, next to English and German which are already there. As in the website www.mintmouse.lu
