Shopify estore designer

I recenty purchased a semi established shopify store and need assistance getting the appearance and functionailty of the Home page up to date. Also looking for assistance with eablishing marketing, muti and social media integration, SES. GOOGLE, ETC. Final product shoupld be a highly professional website with all current store ordering, shipping (preferably drop shipping), POS, SES, and marketing integration.
