I am in need of a reliable and efficient individual or team to handle customer service and support for my Shopify eCommerce store. In addition to customer support, your duties will include assistance with product descriptions and product images.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with me to create and refine product descriptions
- Assist in sourcing and editing product images
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Previous experience in eCommerce customer service, particularly with Shopify
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience with product description writing
- Skills in image editing and sourcing
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
