Shopify custom collection page with content

Hi, I need to be able to have custom collections in shopify. Need to be able to have picture header than some text than collection than text again. Please write teamviewer in your proposal. Because of the NDA this must be done over teamviewer/anydesk, so if you dont feel comfortable please dont apply. Something like the screenshot.
