Shopify Website Redesign Needed

Hello, we are looking for a website redesign for our current shopify website.
Our goal is to improve the site's ux/ui design and turn the site into a conversion machine.
There are at least 7 products that we would like to build landing pages for to send traffic to with the end goal of building trust and confidence by helping the ideal customer to understand the product and convert traffic.
We would like to utilize the one of the themes that we have to build the new site. As for the design, we would like to have your help with branding and offering a cohesive look and feel across the logo, site and labels.
We would like to encourage repeat customers to take advantage of Subscriptions and our rewards program. For business owners, we would like to discover a way to offer business pricing and quantity discounts that normal customers wouldn't be able to see.
We would like make the design very mobile and desktop friendly, visually appealing and easy to navigate/ locate whatever the customer could possibly look for. As for the design, simple yet modern, elegant and sophisticated. Capturing the clean, warmth of home, family and kitchen.
