Shopify Website Development for Physical Goods

I'm seeking an experienced web developer to build a Shopify website dedicated to selling physical products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop a user-friendly, appealing Shopify website.
- Implement a customer review system to foster trust and engagement.
- Integrate a live chat support system for real-time assistance and enhanced customer experience.
Ideal Skills:
- Proficiency in Shopify platform.
- Strong web development skills, preferably with a focus on e-commerce.
- Experience in implementing interactive features such as customer review systems and live chat support.

Recent bad experience we had: We hired an individual on Fiverr from Pakistan who built our Shopify store from the ground up all for $66. All custom colors, logo placement, and added roughly 30-50 products to our site. The attachment shows the recent order update they gave us. We were dealing with them on a daily basis. I asked them one small tasks to change something. I woke up this morning to find they had removed all of our products with no backup. and they blocked us from contacting them. We are dealing with Fiverr support to resolve this but we need cheap help someone to design our store.
We will also be having a automatic backup this time, and limiting rights. We need our site up and running asap. Thanks.
