We are currently seeking a talented and driven Shopify Theme Designer to create a combination of 40 unique buy and sell Shopify design templates: 20 business-themed and 20 funky, vibrant-themed.
Position Overview:
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Shopify Theme Designer to develop 40 fully integrated Shopify themes designed for buy and sell marketplaces. The project must be completed within 20 days, and all designs will become the property of our company upon completion. A copyright agreement will be required.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop 40 unique Shopify theme templates for buy and sell marketplaces, including:
20 business-themed templates with a professional and polished aesthetic.
20 funky, vibrant-themed templates with a playful and colorful aesthetic.
Ensure all themes are visually appealing, user-friendly, and optimized for performance.
Each theme must include styled pages for Home, About, Shop, FAQ, Blog, Contact, and Policies.
Provide a comprehensive video guide explaining the features and customization options for each theme.
Create an installation guide to assist users in setting up the themes.
Design editable Canva banners, including mobile view banners, for each theme.
Create a development demo store for each theme to showcase what it will look like to the agency.
Requirements:
Proven experience in designing and developing Shopify themes.
Strong portfolio showcasing previous work, particularly with both professional and vibrant designs.
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Liquid (Shopify's templating language).
Excellent understanding of responsive design principles.
Creative flair and a keen eye for detail.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with boutique brands or e-commerce businesses.
Knowledge of SEO best practices for e-commerce websites.
Familiarity with graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch).
