Long-Term Virtual Assistant — Shopify Wellness Store

Running my Shopify wellness store now needs a dedicated, detail-oriented hand. The catalog keeps growing, orders come in around the clock, and customer questions arrive by email and live-chat. I'm looking for someone reliable for ongoing, long-term work — not a one-off task.
Day to day, you will:

Add and update product listings — accurate descriptions, correct variant data, SEO-ready titles, and clean imagery.
Monitor and process orders, track fulfilment, resolve shipping issues, and coordinate directly with suppliers through DSers / AliExpress or fulfillmant company when exceptions come up.
Reply to customers promptly, aiming for same-day resolution of inquiries, returns, and feedback.
Review store metrics, spot conversion bottlenecks, suggest app or collection tweaks, and optimise pricing where it makes sense.
Send a concise end-of-day report: completed tasks, open issues, and improvement ideas.

What matters to me:

Comfort in Shopify Admin and with fulfilment dashboards like DSers/AliExpress (or similar).
Basic image editing in Canva or Photoshop.
Clear, fluent written English and consistent communication.
The confidence to raise improvement ideas without waiting to be asked.

The role: ongoing monthly collaboration, around 4 hours/day.
Compensation: €100/month fixed, plus 2% of net profit.
