I'm looking for a Shopify expert to set up and configure a full Shopify store.

Key tasks include:
- Install a suitable theme with a clean, rustic-modern look and responsive design
- Customize the homepage with a featured product section
- Customize product pages and collections, adding up to 3 products
- Integrate payment gateways
- Set up basic shipping rules for local delivery and regional shipping
- Implement SEO basics (meta titles, image alt tags, page speed)
