I'm seeking a Shopify expert to redesign my women's wear store and manage it.
Key Responsibilities:
- Redesign the store per requirements, focusing on all aspects including the homepage, product pages and checkout process.
- Enhance the product pages with an improved layout and navigation, and an upgraded user reviews section.
Operational Management:
- Oversee inventory management, ensuring stock levels are optimal and up-to-date.
- Handle order fulfillment, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
- Manage customer service, addressing queries and concerns promptly and professionally.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in Shopify with a strong portfolio of store redesigns.
- Experience in ecommerce inventory management and order fulfillment.
- Excellent customer service skills with prior experience in managing online store customer service.
- Understanding of women's fashion wear is an advantage.
