Shopify Store Edits Needed

I need a few quick edits on my Shopify store:

Add a section with 5 photos.
Each photo needs an external hyperlink to another website.
Section should be under "Sample FlipPage Books"
Top banner modifications:
Make it the same blue as the Contact Us section.
Make it larger to accommodate a larger logo.
I need this project completed no later than tomorrow morning but would prefer today.

Ideal skills and experience:
Shopify store customization
