Shopify Site with few additional pages - Web design skills is required - Be creative

Create and configure a Shopify website for a nutrition company. I am a start-up and the budget is kind of tight.
I need to have a fully functional Shopify website with some functionalities.
I have the logos in PNG and colors and paletes that I have to use, I also have 90% of the text for the website including the sections.
