The milestones are:
1. Identify theme, frame, and main menu for the site
2. Identify apps to achieve best practices for customer acquisition, management, retention, and communication.
3. Finalize store requirements
4. Complete store set up
5. Test store functionality
6. Complete changes based on testing
The person who builds the store should be available to implement changes/new features for at least 2-3 months after launch.
