Shopify Site Web designer - Skills in Graphic designer is needed (IMPORTNT)

Create and configure a Shopify website for a nutrition company. I am a start-up and the budget is kind of tight.
I need to have a fully functional Shopify website with some functionalities.
I have the logos in PNG and colors and paletes that I have to use, I also have 90% of the text for the website including the sections.

Products (2 products) + Product benefits

Shopping Cart (integrated with shopping cart + payment gateway)
Contact Form
RMA Form
Privacy Policy page
Return Policy Page
Add links to social media
Include SEO and optimize
Need some posts page for creating product bundles page
Sales offer multiples examples

Use your imagination and be creative with the design

I am waiting to get the final products to take some pictures of the bottles, but we can replace them.

4 stages on the project
1. Design mockups (2 or 3)
2. Approval design mockup
3. Website development
4. Revision 1
5. Test
6 Revision 2
7 Update the text and product pictures and social media and sales channel integration
8 Final test
9 Payment release.
