Summery:
We are seeking a skilled Shopify Shop Manager to oversee our online store's operations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in e-commerce site creation and a deep understanding of SEO best practices. This project will involve designing the store layout, adding products, and implementing SEO strategies to enhance visibility and drive traffic. Key Responsibilities:
1. Order processing: Communicate with the work team about order shipping matters
2. Update and maintain all key areas of the Shopify store (home, collections, PDPs, FAQ, USP, promo banners, etc.)
3. Set up product bundles, starter kits, and campaign-based collections
4. Own product sorting and online visual merchandising logic for conversion and discoverability
5. Optimize collection layouts, upsells, and product placements using analytics + AI tools
6. Coordinate promotions across the site, including seasonal campaigns and product launches
7. Collaborate on the marketing calendar and asset implementation
8. Maintaining and improving website performance, speed
9. SEO Optimization, Responsive Design, Performance Optimization, Troubleshooting, and Support
10. Maintain internal documentation for workflows and updates
11. Communicate clearly and proactively with internal teams (remote setup)


Skills & Experience
1. 3+ years of experience in eCommerce, ideally DTC
2. Strong Shopify skills (daily management, theme tweaks, bundles, metafields)
3. Experience with visual merchandising, collection logic, and product placement
4. Familiarity with eCommerce tools (Shogun, Innovanet Coll Manager, Yotpo, Triple Whale or similar)
5. Ability to work hands-on with light HTML/CSS or via visual builders
6. Proactive, critical thinker with strong organizational skills
7. Strong communicator and team player (especially important in remote settings)
Bonus Points:
8. Experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Midjourney) for content creation, ideation, or data support
9. Background in fashion, beauty, lifestyle, or wellness
