Shopify Reviews Catalog Fix
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
My Shopify store’s reviews catalog is misbehaving and I need it back to full health fast. The reviews either fail to show, break the layout, or simply refuse to refresh when new feedback arrives—whatever the underlying cause, I want it diagnosed and resolved so every product page and the main “all-reviews” section work flawlessly again.
Here’s what success looks like for me:
• Reviews load instantly on each product page and on the dedicated catalog page, without throwing off the theme’s styling.
• Star ratings, text, images, and timestamps pull through correctly from the store’s existing data or review app (we can keep the current app if it’s salvageable; if not, suggest a smooth alternative).
• Any Liquid, HTML, or CSS edits remain organised and commented so future theme updates won’t wipe them out.
• Once complete, you’ll walk me through the key changes so I can replicate or roll back as needed.
You’ll be diving into Shopify’s theme files (Liquid, JavaScript, CSS) and perhaps the review app’s settings, so solid experience with Shopify customisation is essential. If you can wrap this up quickly while keeping the front-end pixel-perfect, let’s talk—please outline your troubleshooting approach and estimated turnaround time when you reply.
