Shopify Homepage Redesign -- 2

I need a shopify homepage to look as close to this as possible:

I just need those 3 sections on the homepage to be made. For the 3 column section please do not pull from any shopify products or collections. I will be manually adding products. This needs to be done with the free fresh install of horizon shopify theme. Please provide me with the css/code so that I may make changes later.
