Shopify Ecommerce project

I am looking for someone who can help me setting up my store in Shopify.
My startup is located in México, I need someone easy to comunicate with, who has experience at managing this kind of projects meaning that I would like someone who can suggest best practices and settings to optimize the store.
I am looking for a good design and some customizations according to my client's needs.
I have set up some stores some time ago but I dont have to much time to manage this small project.

Variants Price variation by presentation (10 pcs, 50 pcs, 100 pcs, etc)
Reference price is by piece but we sell in sets as mentioned above
Example:
Products 1 $10 usd/each
If you buy Product 1 (10 pcs presentation) $10 usd / each
If you buy Product 1 (50 pcs presentation) $8 usd / each
If you buy Product 1 (100 pcs presentation) $6 usd / each

Products catalogue
We have simple products and configurable products
Variations of a product needs to be shown in a table
Simple product example:
Configurable product Example: (first must be displayed images and content as shown in Simple product then it continues as showed bellow)
Feel free to propose a layout for this kind of catalogue
Inventory
We usually don’t have inventory, so most of the time will be back orders
Price lists
Prices changes depending on the presentation: More volume more discount
Prices also relies on urgency: We could get a product really fast, the faster the expensive. Our processing time starts from 5 to 10 days to 2 months.
We are considering to set biddings or auctions
Clients
We have classifications of our clients according to purchase behavior. The more they buy the best price they can get.
This discount must be able to be different by category of product
Payment methods
We accept Cards, and direct transfer
We would like to enable partial payments, example: For those products who were chosen with a long delivery time partial payment would be enable allowing to start the order with 50% of the value of the total order. By any payment method
Shipping
We would like to enable envia.com
Checkout
On the shipping options it would always be selected the longest available time showing the cheapest price but the client would be able to select a different delivery time where we have to options:
Either product’s prices would change individually or the shipping price would increase globally
