Setting up, customizing, and completing a partially completed Shopify store

We are currently building an English e-commerce website. Product data has been uploaded and configuration is halfway complete.
The theme is set to horizon.
I had intended to do everything, but things have gotten busy and I am no longer able to handle it. Therefore, I would like you to take over the remaining steps and complete them.

I have a consultation form from the client and the site is uploaded to e-Bay.
If there is any missing data, I will contact the client again.

I would like to complete this quickly without spending a lot of time and effort, rather than a project that requires a lot of effort and budget.
