Set up Website and store using prestashop, research products and local supply chains in South Africa with in depth knowledge of solar and energy products.

I am looking for a freelancer to help me set up a website and store using Prestashop. The main purpose of the website and store is to serve as both an e-commerce platform for selling solar and energy products, as well as an informational website providing information about these products.
They must have in depth knowledge of SEO, and ranking on page one as well as marketing strategies, they will have to set up social media platforms advertising accounts and have the first advertisement Campaign ready to go when we launch the site. they will have to set up the website with the hosting service I choose including email set up etc...
For the design style, I prefer a creative and quirky approach that will make the website stand out and design a simple logo on free software if they need, and incorporate the name Solar-Solutions into the web design and branding.
in South Africa we have " load shedding" which in simpler terms are rolling blackouts, South Africans are known to have A good sense of humor during "dark times" pardon the pun... I want that to be subtly worked into the marketing , a bit of fun humor on the topic, so that the advertisement does not come across as doom and gloom but more a way to lighten their days up literally.
I need the freelancer to handle the product sourcing process and research local supply chains in South Africa. In-depth knowledge of solar and energy products is required to ensure that the right products are sourced, they must note that I will be drop shipping as I do not have warehousing, this must be communicated with the partners where we will be sourcing the products, Be sure to contact each supplier, get permission if we can sell their products by drop shipping model, I would prefer to use manufacturers that are local and not suppliers. I ultimately want my store to be proudly South African. when you receive their product list and permission to stock their products they can be uploaded via CSV to save precious time, I will adjust pricing after.
