Set Up E-Book Click Funnel

I am looking for someone who can help me in setting up a complete ebook click funnel. I have all my graphics and text, just need the click funnel set up with an opt in, order page, order confirmation, upsell and thank you page type sequence. I already have a click funnel account. The E books are done. I just need help creating the funnel so that it works and I can post it to begin generating revenue.

Digital assets and all are already loaded.
