Senior WordPress UI/UX Specialist Needed — Improve Existing Site (Breakdance / Elementor — No Rebuild)

We are looking for an experienced WordPress UI/UX specialist to upgrade and enhance the design and user experience of an existing live website for a home exterior contractor company.
This is NOT a full rebuild.
This is a UI/UX enhancement and conversion optimization project inside our current environment.
Work must be performed directly inside our live platform.
Platform Requirements (Mandatory)
You must be experienced with:
WordPress (advanced level)
Breakdance Builder and/or Elementor
Working inside GoDaddy hosting environments
UI/UX improvement on existing live sites
Mobile responsiveness optimization
Page speed and layout optimization
You will be given controlled access to our environment.
No off-platform builds. No separate staging builds without approval.
Scope of Work
Primary objectives:
Improve overall UI/UX design quality
Modernize layout and visual hierarchy
Improve conversion flow and CTA placement
Improve mobile experience
Improve section spacing, typography, and visual structure
Upgrade homepage and key service pages first
Standardize design system across pages
Recommend and implement UI components as needed
Suggest plugins/tools if required (we will purchase if approved)
Engagement Model
This project will be structured as:
Hourly contract with phase caps and milestone approvals
Phase structure:
Phase 1 — UI/UX Audit + Homepage Upgrade
Visual and UX audit
Homepage redesign improvement
Cap: XX hours
Phase 2 — Core Pages Enhancement
Service pages + key landing pages
Cap: XX hours
Phase 3 — Mobile + Performance + Polish
Mobile refinement
UX polish
Cap: XX hours
No work beyond phase caps without written approval.
Deliverables
Direct on-site UI/UX improvements
Before/after screenshots per page
Mobile optimization
Consistent visual system
Conversion-focused layout improvements
Clean builder structure (no messy nested junk layouts)
Required With Your Proposal (Non-Optional)
You must include:
Links to 3 live WordPress sites you improved (not built from scratch — improved)
Which builder was used on each
What specifically you improved (UI, UX, conversion, mobile, speed)
Confirmation you can work directly inside GoDaddy WordPress
Your hourly rate
Your availability per week
Your workflow process for iterative UI improvement
Proposals without proof links will be rejected.

Review our homepage
Suggest 3 specific UI/UX improvements
Explain how you would implement them
Generic answers = automatic rejection.
Communication Rules
Must provide daily progress notes
Must request approval before major layout changes
Must not change brand colors or identity without approval
Must work in iterative checkpoints
