Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Web Agency Manager to oversee our talented team of developers and manage project assignments. This role involves a combination of project management, HR responsibilities, and client relations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in web development and sales management, with a proven track record in agency settings.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations of the web agency and manage a team of developers.
Assign and track project progress to ensure timely delivery and high-quality results.
Engage in HR activities, including employee communication, performance monitoring, and resolving any issues.
Maintain clear and effective communication with clients to understand their needs and expectations.
Collaborate with developers to optimize workflows and ensure successful project outcomes.
Manage project budgets and ensure profitability for the agency.
Work on a commission basis: earn 40% commission on each completed project, with developers receiving 50%.
Qualifications:
Must be over 18 years of age.
Prior experience in managing a web development agency or similar environment is required.
Proven track record in sales management and client relations.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Compensation:
This position is commission-based. For example, on a $5,000 project, you will earn 40% commission, while developers will receive 50%. The exact commission may vary based on the project and client.
