Job Description
We are looking for a very dynamic Senior UX/UI Designer who will be responsible for the user interface and user design of the various elements of our solution platform - including web and mobile. You will ensure that all elements of the web and mobile user experience are optimized for improved usability, usefulness, and exceptional visual design.
UX/UI Designer Responsibilities
Will collaborate on a regular basis with the database analyst, product owner, business analyst/strategist, database analyst, requirements team, solution architects to ensure the user experience and interface design best enable target capabilities.
Constant feedback will be provided on design work from stakeholders for adjustments for the perfection of design elements
Investigating user experience design requirements for our suite of digital assets.
Developing and conceptualizing a comprehensive UX/UI design strategy for the brand.
Producing high-quality UX design solutions through mock-ups, wireframes, visual and graphic designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and prototypes.
Designing UI elements and tools such as navigation menus, search boxes, tabs, and widgets for our digital assets.
Designing all web-facing pages such a landing, pricing, login, reset, and all other web pages for the Web and Mobile Apps (Android and iOS)
Testing UI elements such as banners, page layouts, page designs, page flows, and target links for landing pages for the web and mobile applications
Collaborating with the Marketing Team, and internal and external designers to ensure the creation and delivery of tailored experiences for the digital user.
Collaborating with Database Analyst to sync all connections with database points on the Prototype. Working with our Project Manager to capture all documentation of the Prototype and how it is connected with the database and our documentation with our Developers Documentation.
Providing advice and guidance on the implementation of UX research methodologies and testing activities in order to analyze and predict user behavior.
Adhering to style standards on typography and graphic design.
Utilize Functional Specifications Documentation and related documents to build upon.
Be able to export various output of designs for presentation, marketing purposes, connectivity to database connections.
UI/UX Designer Requirements
This senior role requires a minimum of 4 years of solid UX/UI Designer experience for digital products or services in current roles.
A portfolio of current progressive professional UX/UI design work for both web and mobile platforms.
Extensive knowledge in at least one of the following technologies Figma, Sketch, InVision, Android, Design Systems, or Adobe Creative Suite, or Mobile OS (Visio, iOS).
The designer is expected to be an actively engaged team member but can work independently as well.
The ability to share opinions on other aspects of the solution design including requirements, architecture, solution alternatives analysis, etc., would be something that is natural to the candidates.
Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, be responsive in a timely fashion to all tasks and communication portions, help define and adhere to project management timeline requirements, and do whatever it takes to accomplish those tasks.
Utilize our communication tool during an agreed-upon on central hours which would allow available during normal business hours for instant communications as needed.
Utilize our project management tool as needed to update tasks and any other project-related tools which are necessary.
Attend all Scrum, Ad Hoc, and other Team Meetings as needed.
Due to the distance from one another, all meetings are expected to be via Video Calls.
Utilize our communication tool during an agreed-upon on central hours which would allow available during normal business hours for instant communications as needed.
